Sales of existing homes in florida rose 1% in  August.

Statewide existing condo sales un July increased almost 2.7 percent.

The housing sector faces a long recovery process, due to slow job growth and the still fragile economy. The overall feeling though is that we have bottomed out and it a great time to be buying for the long term.
